1. Service Terms
By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our mobile deodorizing services are provided subject to availability and service area coverage.
2. Service Guarantee
We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you’re not completely satisfied, we will return to re-treat the vehicle at no additional charge.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash or bank deposit
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance
4. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any consequential or indirect damages.
5. Service Area
Services are available throughout suburbs within 10km of our Epsom base. Additional charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
