Will the treatment damage my property or belongings?

We're based in Epsom, Auckland, and provide mobile ozone deodorizing services within a 10km radius at no additional charge. This includes most central Auckland suburbs like Newmarket, Remuera, Mount Eden, Ponsonby, and the CBD. For locations outside our 10km service area, additional travel fees may apply starting from $20.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and bank transfer payments. Payment is due upon completion of the service. For commercial clients and regular customers, we can arrange invoicing terms.

How long do the results last?

When performed correctly, ozone deodorizing permanently eliminates existing odors. However, new odors can develop from future incidents. For example, if we eliminate smoke odor from a car, it won't return unless someone smokes in the vehicle again. The treatment doesn't prevent new odors, but it completely eliminates existing ones.
